Step 2 – Fold the envelope sheets at the inside lines
Step 3 – Apply glue to 2nd sheet of envelope (where it says ‘place glue here’)
Step 4 – Apply 2nd sheet to bottom half of 1st sheet.
Step 5 – Apply glue to tabs
Final step – Close back of envelope on top of glued tabs.

You can download the file below and print it on 8.5×11 cardstock paper. Cardstock or a thick paper is better because it will hold up better when being mailed and it will be less wrinkly when you print in full color. To make the envelope it must be printed in two sheets and then cut out and put together. A standard #10 envelope is too wide to be printed on just one sheet of paper from a normal 8.5×11 printer that most people have. That is why it needs to be printed in two sheets.

Follow the instructions on the page when putting the envelope together.

Stationery – How to Print

This stationery can be printed from any printer on pretty much any paper. Most printers will leave a small, unprinted border around the paper. Their default setting is not to print straight to the borders. This is usually the best option because if your printer does have the option to print borderless, many printers will leave ugly smudges on the page when using this option.
